Frank, in going through some old correspondence, I saw a letter from my attorney in December of 2000 in which he stated that the attorneys were paid out of a settlement funded by Meyerson. The payment to the attorneys was 25% and the expenses of the litigation. The net settlement proceeds were turned over to the SEC receiver in August of 2000. He expected the settlement to the investors to occur "shortly", at that time after the Notice program was sent out to shareholders. Why it took an additional 5 years from that date is unknown to me, but I think it earned some interest during that time, since the amount stated in the letter was approximately "$10 million" for distribution to investors.

I was told the fund was about $13.7 million a few months ago.
