Could it be that attempts are made to have suf included in the russell, then dump the stock? I have seen such before. 1B should be doable for SUF on a fully diluted basis.

SUF - driving me nuts. Looks like Rudy "The Gunman" Gunnerman has the entire float locked up. Obviously, the market cap is a mirage, but you'd figure he would at least try to get some scientifically illiterate hedge fund manager (choice #1 Eric Sippel at Eastbourne) to buy a big block.
