Wow. I don't know a single person who holds even a third of the views categorized as "widely held"

Try reading the stuff from Marketwatch or CNBC.
Businessweek even had an article on it.

58 economists giving their predictiosn for 2006.
No one was negative on stocks, all were negative on the TNX again.

Even roach capitulated on China. The only bear on China that I know is Xie. He will be a bear until he is right.

As for the yield curve, Greenspan and a zillion other people are saying it does not matter. I can not give names because I have never heard of those people. But those that say it matters are few and far between. Hell even Roach seems positive (or neutral now).

I read stuff all day long. Heck it is practically all I do, read and write. I am quite conifident I expressed the consensus on those initial bullet points.

Anyone(s) in particular you think I am way off on?
