Beautiful post KLP and so well stated. It sounds as though it it is very personal and from experience and not text books although I did look at the links you posted on work by University of Texas..Read some of them. Will we ever truly understand how the human mind works and why humans behave the way they do. The longer that I live the more I think not. There are all kinds of theories and experiments but nothing ever conclusive... That is why I gravitate to my personal experiences and books like the one James Frey has written. Real life experiences work for me.. They are tangible.. Thank you for your most considerate as well as informative post.
