Lizzie - Do you have personal experience using SalesForces' system? I do not, but my feeling is that ERP systems are hard to grow steadily. The outage they had last month doesn't surprise me. It's not so much about their software as their support staff. It takes a long time in my experience to grow sufficient, experienced support staff to keep an ERP growing steadily. As a hot company, they'll need more staff, and the newbies won't be as experienced, yet the newer customers will likely be more demanding. I am primarily expecting them to hit a bump in the rode at some point in the next few months, and that the the reason for the puts. It's not a comment on their long term growth. Any experience you have with them that you can share would be appreciated. Regards, Tom
