I understand the Courts just recently gave up on the idea of forcing the Interior Department to provide a full accounting of the money (mismanaged, stolen, swindled, etc.) in the Indian Trust Fund accounts.

The Court came around to the view that an honest accounting would be 'impossible' at this late date....
