aCYBER, Okay, let's call in an involuntary invasion. Part of the leaving Europe idea, was to find religious freedom from the nations dominated by a single religion, and forced upon them by the state. But don't confuse that to what is being screamed in America. The Constitution prevents such domination, by the separation of church and state, but zealots have taken that too far, to say the all religion is banned in America. The truth is, that every person has the right to choose his own religion, and worship it however he so chooses as long as it does not do damage to society, such as witchcraft. The display of the nativity does no harm to anyone, and should be allowed in public, and the same goes for the menorah, and peaceful displays of any other religion. IMO, Europe has been a boil on the butt of the earth for a very long time.
