We have a large dairy operation outside of town here that has about 100% Mexicans doing the milking and feeding. I asked Jim about that and he said he is paying 14 bucks an hour plus some benefits and can not get anybody to work. Unreal. Kids running around without jobs but they won't get dirty for 14 bucks an hour. I would also add that he speaks very highly of their work ethics.

My experience has been, with Mexicans in particular, is that they are willing to WORK!

I used Mexicans almost exclusively in my cabinet business in California. This is why I want to see a drop in welfare at the same time as an increase in enforcement of immigration laws. Only way to flush out our local workers.
