"Well now that Bush is giving away his Abramoff money, do you think he will retract his support of Tom Delay?"

He won't be at the head of that parade... but I see that Gingrich just called for a permanent replacement for DeLay....

"Excuse me, apparently Bush is only giving away six % of Abramoff's donations...."

You saved me from pointing it out.

Let me point out something else. Remember how Bush had to sign the anti torture bill after Cheney lost his effort in Congress. Well after he signed the law, he issued 'a signing statement' suggesting that he doesn't have to comply with that new law in certain situations. In other words, once again he thinks he's above the law and he's telling Congress to go stick it.

These are very dangerous times. We are fast approaching a constitutional crisis.........will Congress be strong enough to do what it must?!

Bush could bypass new torture ban
