These are military people, former officers. I have probably spoken close to 2 hours with them and also IR and asked the tough questions. I posted my calls previously. I was impressed with the military type disclipline and the honesty - no guarantees - but an approach, to build up the revenue streams, what I call "singles and doubles" to set the plate for the home run hitter, which in my mind is the ballistics division. That's why you shouldn't see the typical major dilution and dumping.

I've taken this approach for the last several years. When I take a position, I often call and sort of "cross examine" in a nice way. But I want management to know that shareholders are on their side and that if they want a strong shareholder base, it isn't fostered by fluff PR's, but rather a commitment to keeping the capital structure under reasonable control and secondly, creating expectations that can be met in a business plan. There are plenty of companies out in penny land that dump and dilute using retail investors as patsies. Obviously, we want to avoid those to the extent possible.

Just my opinion though and it's all "relative," as I've found over the years, there are no absolutes. Heck, look at CMBV, went from gold mining to a bird flu company overnight and was a 20 bagger.

You have to catch that wave, but make sure you have the life preserver handy.
