Hi Hawkmoon; Re: "So let's see. If we permit Al Qai'da to control Iraq, then there won't be a terror problem either."

(a) Back when Saddam controlled Iraq there was little Al Qaeda problem there. (b) Now, and probably also after we leave, there is a lot of support for terrorism in Iraq, but the fact that this is true has little to do with the fact that our presence there is untenable. Hey, Bush blew it. Sometimes when you blow it, there's no winning choices.

Re: "But ALL OF THEM were Salafist/Wahabbists.. And they are the same kind of elements we're CURRENTLY fighting in Iraq."

No, we're mostly fighting Iraqis in Iraq, not Saudis. What Bush did was to create a whole nother pile of terrorists. Heck, the British down in Basra are mostly getting killed by Shiites.

Re: "At least, that's the way they publicly present themselves, as Islamic Militants intent on creating a Islamo-Fascist state, where the means of production and that vast oil wealth that is possessed, will provide them the financial, economic, and political means to further their Global Jihad."

This should have occurred to you before you went on the band wagon to invade Iraq. It's a bit late now.

Re: "The enemy is waging a war against us, not a criminal seige. They want to destroy us, not just rob or extort us."

Gosh, I hadn't realized you were a spokesman for all the terrorists! Until you give proof of your conversion I'm inclined to take the words of the terrorists at face value.

The simple fact is that Spain hasn't been hit by Al Qaeda since they withdrew from Iraq. This despite much predictions to the contrary by the right wing back when Spain pulled out. And while France has had minor troubles from their own minorities, they still have little or none from terror imported from abroad and a very small number of deaths.

Re: "But as I recall, those agents were Mossad. The Mossad can HARDLY be called a "police agency" anymore than the CIA can be compared to the FBI."

Actually, the Mossad can be called a police agency, but if you want to call them something else you're welcome to do so. My point is that things like the Mossad and the police are more effective at controlling terrorism than the military. If you agree with me but want to use different terms that's okay with me.
