Sharon - here comes Netanyahu? There goes the peace process? - such as it was. OT alert.. I've always been sympathetic to the the Palestinian cause, as in, who the hell was Balfour to decide he had the right to impose a Jewish state on Palestine with no regard to the Arab Palestinian inhabitants? But the events since the Israeli withdrawal from Gaza fully justifies the low opinion many Israelis seem to have of Palestinians. Just to embellish my undeserved francophilic reputation with you - the chaos in Gaza is a sadly wonderful example of "Vive ma mort!"
