Drink 12oz of good water first, hold the intended not ignited CANCER STICK, which of course should not BE IN YOUR POSSESION, turn on a rerun of Jerry Springer.

The desire is high right now. Mornings are my worst time for smoking. I have a patch on but its not really helping the mental urge. I have 1 cigarette in the house and thats being kept as a reminder of stupidity ...... as if having my wife in the same house isn't reminder enough <g>
