Damn good predictions.... I'd expect some of the most frothy markets and property types somewhat lower though still within your overall 20% nationwide drop. Hey let's shoot for 60% on those new high end condos in Vegas and Florida. How about 40% drop overall in CA? And how about up 20% in oil patch and major SE markets outside of Florida? Are you expecting stagflation and much higher rates on the long end?
