Thanks Jon, great information. I like the strength of the refills.

FWIW, my dad's been using L and finds it very effective. He only takes a half dose and does so by breaking the tablet in half. He did comment that the taste is bad and that it takes hours for the taste to go away. This side effect is likely increased due to the exposed part of the broken tablet.

With the strong refill numbers, it appears that the taste is not preventing people from continuing the use of L.

Thanks as ever Jon for the numbers. A friend told me last week that none of the current drugs induce REM sleep in someone suffering insomnia. Is this so? Don't they facilitate REM sleep by providing a precondition to REM sleep - non-REM sleep?

I'm assuming REM sleep is lacking in an insomniac. If it is then surely any and all drugs that don't increase it are lacking in effectiveness?
