While Yahoo! is getting its' rating cut daily. I add these tidbits of current ratings on Excite from my records. If you could post the same on the Seek Thread I'd appreciate... 6/10/97 Close 13 1/4 Alex Brown Ups Excite to Buy from Hold 6/11/97 Close 15 3/8 Volpe Brown Starts Excite at Buy 6/26/97 Close 14 7/16 Lehman Starts Excite at Outpreform 8/12/97 Close 17 Cowen Starts Excite at Buy 8/18/97 Close 15 1/4 UBS Starts Excite at Hold 8/28/97 Close 22 17/32 Alex Brown Ups Excite to Strong Buy from Buy Target 28-32 9/2/97 Close 22 3/8 Nesbitt Burns Starts Excite at Buy Target 33 I notice most were "Starts" with no "Target" So I'm adding $3 to all the above targets for every $3,00,000 in annual revenue from E-Commerce Deals.....0.20 per share. That Preview Travel Deal would put my personal Target based on the above Outdated Recs at $31 -- $36.

Isn't this Market about a "ZERO-SUM GAME". The other nite at supper I added to the prayers something about the 5 guys I wiped out on paper this year. Now you have to read these in order to get the proper effect... The other Leg in the Triad is Checkfree...which I'm long also. Checkfree is an unknow as I've said before, however yesterday it broke out of its' narrow trading range. The thing Checkfree has going for it is the fact that its' revenues are currently 55 times that of CyberCash. The Traid Defined; Intuit--Largest Worldwide supplier of Financial Software. Excite--Number 2 Digital Network. Default Browser AOL, Web/TV. The "Funnel" Checkfree--Leader in backdoor E-Commerce Processing.
