Perhaps we can limit it to the ones like Hussein, who murder 3,000 in NYC, and threaten to do it again-while riding the hot air of our DOMESTIC enemy's anti-American propaganda.

That still leaves plenty-and we should all be hoping for mushroom clouds over Tehran and Damacus ASAP.

It would be a good START...

Bald, A smart man faces his enemies one at a time. If murdering despots are not stopped in their own stomping grounds, they will eventually appear at your door step.Prevention is better than waiting too late.
