"saddam type rapeocracies" It is Public knowledge that saddam and his two sons, the late squeezy and sleezy raped many women. And i would guess others of privelige did similar things. And of course there were the torture prisons where i am sure women were raped in large numbers as well. Thats what i was referring to. I know that women in the sunni areas of iraq were not constrained by religious fundamentalism to the same extent as in afganistan etc.
