It involved Andrea Mitchell questioning James Risen about possible wiretaps on reporters, specifically Christiane Amanpour. NBC later edited that portion out, explaining that they haven't completed their reporting on that part. Now why the NSA would be wiretapping Christiane isn't totally clear, maybe because she was raised in Iran, maybe it is because she is an international reporter. Or maybe it is because of her husband, James Rubin. Who was in the State Department under Clinton and later foreign policy spokesman for Clark's campaign and later a national security advisor for the Kerry campaign.
