I agree with you on this. If you noticed, the US recession started with Saddam moving to the Euro, and ended with the occupied Iraq getting back to the USD. Maybe a coincidence, but I think it was not. Do you think the fact that they can't go to a war with Iran is the reason why they want to hide publicizing the M3 stats from March onward? I still think they will launch air strikes on Iran. The Air Force is not stretched like the US Army or the Marines. So there is plenty of firepower to spare. The Bushit-es can always come up with another Gulf of Tonkin resolution except that this time it might be called the Shatt-al-Arab waterway resolution or whatever :((
