Seems we have a little bipartisan war breaking out between the branches of government. Hopefully, with the help of the judiciary, the Bush power play won't stand.


It sure doesn't look like its going to be a slam dunk.

The only thing that I can think of to explain the Bush behavior re. torture and wiretapping is that over the past 5 years, they have become very used to having their own way; that they believe most people are cream puffs and will fold rather than oppose them; and that, like Coulter, they believe the people are behind them. Let's hope its another example of their arrogance and their need to overreach.
