Yeah...well, I've been sitting on my Kimber for 24 months so...tell me about it. I have a 6% profit to show for it though. 3% per year...it's like a CD (Certificate of Deposit, that is, not to be confused with Canuck Dave). That said, I like the property and I like the management team. Steady Eddie, very conservative. Say what they'll do, then they do it. So...just put it in the back of the drawer and give them time to work their plan.
