these effects are more or less limited to being grouchy and irritable for a few days.

Caffine withdrawl has a similar result, and I suppose you could say I am psychologically addicted to it as well.

I used to smoke about 25-30 years ago. Liked it too...until I got what the Docs thought was Legionaires Disease. THAT is BAD stuff, and about did me in...After being hospitalized for about 10 days, I had to take all sorts of meds, and just lie around for a couple of months because there just wasn't enough oxygen circulating....

That would be a very bad way to die.

Pot can be psychologically addictive
No more so than ..say peanut butter.

What can be addictive is procrastination, and that is a trait that can be aggrivated by pot.
