Those who wrote off their losses on their FIT return and received these checks should consider filing an amended return if applicable. The IRA holders may want to research "restorative payment" for their IRAs. Dan Horgan

Must be quite a number who did not bother to enable such a remarkable pay back. I can't recall any other class action that would pay near to this one.

There may have been a number of people who just did not know about this. Also, I had not sold any of my stock. It is very possible that many sold their shares immediately upon feeling that something was not right with it. That's just my thought anyway. Due to the long time frame, Nine years, I am sure that many have given up even looking at any SEXI boards. I am with Scott in being just amazed at the rate of payback here. I sure am glad I stayed on top of this for all of this time. It kind of consumed me. I was paying for investment advice from "SGA Goldstar Research" which now is "Market Digest Online". Melcher was telling me to "load the boat" while he was scalping the stock. I take that as a personal theft from me. This was not the only one. What I still do not comprehend is how the DOJ let the vehicle that was used to steal from my self and others was left to operate even after Melcher was convicted and sent to prison. It is still operating. That is still an injustice that needs to be addressed someday. As long as I am enjoying good health and life things will go on as they are. They have hidden their phone numbers and where they are pretty well but not well enough. Punks like that leave a slime behind them that is very easy to track.
