Hi Wayne!

I got a small piece of that placement for IPT, and also participated in the previous one. The news today was just the announcement of the closing of the placement. It is already old news. They only have a half-warrant attached, not a full warrant.

My take on the deal is that the market has bid the stock up from the mid-40s all the way over 90 cents at one point since the announcement was made, which to me signals an overwhelming support for the deal. In fact, I can not think of too many juniors that have doubled in value in the weeks immediately after a PP announcment.

In this case, where fully subscribed, you do have a good point,
perhaps they could have sold the entire PP with half wt.

But we don't have any way to know.
