Gus > In particular, they should consider whether they should do more to help them in terms of governance, especially to help combat the corruption that is so rampant in certain African countries, so that much of the external aid to Africa never reaches the people for whom it was intended. And what good would it do if it reached the "people for whom it was intended" -- more destruction of resources, more population growth, more disease, more war -- and more starvation. So, they may just as well play the "aid" game and keep the money in their pocket or else give it to the black politicians to "piss against the wall".
