CSFB upgraded CRM and RNOW (and there is probably a fairly bullish report about the on demand trend too)- and simultaneously they downgraded msft to hold from buy.

I'm actually less than thrilled with this because I am not in CRM yet, I wanted to buy in at a later date. But I am convinced that this automation industry needs a 30 billion dollar market cap player, one minimum. The obvious recipient seems like CRM.
