bc, By no means was I implying a science here. I was simply referring to the "eyeball method" of "permanent coupon passes" (not repo's) and making an "opinion" to Rab when he asked me where I thought Mr. Market was going... Rally hats anyone??? This was one hell of a week and a lot of smoke and mirrors...LOL... Smoke and mirrors you say??? Let's look at the "jobs report"... We added 100k jobs (consensus said 200k) the futures explode because the weaker jobs number means the fed will stop raising rates (soon)... Then look at last months revision... We went from 200k jobs to 300k jobs??? So for two months we added 400k jobs??? Wasn't that the consensus all along???...LOL... Dow 11k next week and then we must prepare for anything...
