I was the sucker born last minute. Just ask the contractor I had to fire last Spring.

I figured there was about a 100% chance exel would get back to 10. Didn't know when. With so many compounds hitting targets of great interest there was no sense in burying exel.

2001/2002 downturn scared the crap out of a lot of bios. Big aspirations take big money and maybe you sacrifice some short term upside for stability and long term value. exel certainly has a lot more drugs in the hopper thanks to gsk. I'm very curious to see what exel looks like a year or two after gsk concludes their exel deal with their 2-3 drug picks.
