"and have a clearly defined and streamlined authorization" Then the dems should help to work out a process that will help them "feel better" about stopping terrorist attacks instead of calling our CinC a criminal. The President did have a reasonable process with Justice Department approval and review, breifings to the top FISA judge, and notification to leaders of both parties. Someone didn't like his decision, so they jeopardized our security and broke their oath. That is what worries me. Same thing with the CIA prisons. These people should be jailed.
