A basic principle of Libertarian philosophy is 'he who does harm should PAY for the harm'. I believe a lot of the so-called 'problem' with vaccine production could be BETTER addressed with my idea about patent reform (letting people and companies acquire LONGER patents for 'cures' then for mere 'treatments', which would give them a lot more financial incentive) then through 'tort reform' that keeps people from redressing harms that have been done. After all, that's what our legal system is for....
