John Schmidt is plainly WRONG. Bush is a criminal. Clinton did NOT violate FISA as did Bush. Bush should be impeached and charged as a criminal he is.

No CNS, it's propaganda. That article is misleading. Clinton did not break the law. And CLinton is not on trial here, Bush is. Also, Bush's spying is probably not about Al Qaida terrorism, there's already mounting evidence he was illegally spying on domestic political opponents, reporters, and God knows who else. This is a serious case which should lead to Bush's impeachment, along with the lying about WMD, Plamegate and more. Still, this is not a political matter it's a criminal matter. It's a high crime, one of the highest crimes a president can commit. Falsely finger-pointing at past presidents and lying about them does not excuse Bush's crimes in any way, shape or form.
