I like the high and low range but expect year end to be nearer to the high only because of seasonality and third year election cycle next year. Some blowups in summer into early fall somehow tied to mortgages and consumer credit.. Maybe Fannie Mae = Worldcon, goes under fast signals a bottom in October?
