Yes, last week's stories about the FBI and DOD spying on long lists of peace groups, environmentalists, etc. What? Didn't Sean Hannity tell you that news?

All those orders come from the top. If Bush used those agencies to spy domestically, and thnks he's above the FISA laws, he would also use the NSA. In fact there's a story he used the NSA to spy on CNN. It's disputed but it sounds real.
