That doesn't diminish what others are going through but the people in Lakeview, white and black alike, have a much better chance of coming back from this tragedy than the people in the 9th ward or NO East. Yes wealthy people, at least if they aren't particularly foolish, have a better chance of bouncing back from most tragedies (assuming they survive them). Also wealthy people were less likely to die in NO because they where more likely to leave NO when danger drew near. Exactly. ted
