Kerry worked to save our POW's in Vietnam and bring them home safely. Nixon's peace negotiation in Paris went on and on for frigging years. The POW's just sat there and the troops kept dying for no good reason. It dragged on and on. In the process, everyone in the world met with both camps, as journalists and fact-finders, trying to get the two sides to end the stupidest frigging war in the history of the USA. 56,000 US troops killed, and for what? For what? Can you answer that? Can you tell us why 56,000 US troops died, 250,00 were wounded and 2 million Vietnamese were killed? Can you tell us why we dropped more bombs than in all of WWII on a little country which meant us no harm? When you answer those questions, ask yourself who the real traitors were. The rightwing policy-makers who ran the war, or the brave peacemakers who risked everything to bring the war to a close. Remember, Kerry risked a sterling career to do what he did. He told the truth and he did right. He personally saved a lot of POW's and troops.
