Monthly payments on credit cards and mortgages being adjusted upward significantly for way too may the first part of this year. They need reassurance from our fearless leader. Hey it ain't debt slavery it's a real economy so just borrow and spend even more.. Meanwhile if you're highly leveraged and live in a bubble market and expect to cash out or refi you're really gonna be screwed once the regulators eliminate the toxic mortgage programs possibly as early as April.
