(posting an article in full, without comment, generally indicates agreement/approval) I don't think that's an valid assumption/default. I post things all the time because I find them interesting or think that others might or simply because it's a different angle on a subject being discussed. Or because it's a subject on which my position is not clarified and I want to stimulate discussion. While I recognize that people often post articles the way you describe, I think it's risky to assume it.
