He was simply a response to the leftism that was on the march in media and academe at the time. OK. I won't argue that. But then that was a response to something else which was a response to something else. There's still a cycle and you don't break a cycle until you recognize that both parties contribute to it. Come on Karen, I know you're smarter than that. If you can't see that the Clinton hatred, in part, begot the Bush hatred and that both were over the top, well, back atcha on that "smarter" thingy.
