Kristofferson wrote a song called "Jesus Was A Capricorn" that's a good take on it. If he came back today they'd "nail him up again", KK sings. And he's right. Christ would in fact be called a commie traitor. He was for sharing all the wealth, loving everyone (including gays and enemies) and making peace not war. "Jesus was a Capricorn, he ate organic foods. He believed in love and peace and never wore no shoes. Long hair, beard and sandals and a funky bunch of friends.
