I do not trade with everbank but I think your transaction costs are way out of line with what they charge.

Way out of line.

I have a friend that trades with them so I will ask, but he is out of town now. Perhaps I am mistaken about where he trades.

You can also just buy futures at next to ZERO cost.
$2 or something each way.
