That's actually a falsehood that's been perpetrated for so long by lawyers that they take it for granted. The judiciary has NO jurisdiction in the matter, as LINCOLN proved over a century ago. The only solution (and what was INTENDED by the Founders) for those who don't LIKE IT is to go vote that president OUT. (The public, BTW, approved Lincoln, Nixon AND Bush, and their voice is not legally or morally subject to challenge by an unaccountable Court.)

Bring 'em ON!

Finally getting sane Justices on the USSC is a good partial start on taking our country back from the Imperial Judiciary. But it will only go so far. The people we ELECT are going to have to defend us by pushing the perceived power of the IJ BACK.

Just as the failure of term limits destroyed the last of the integrity of our Congress, allowing an out-of-control judiciary to continue to operate is destroying the integrity of that branch...
