Delay did a lot more than take money, he sold out the people by selling legislation on all levels. He also stole tens of billions for his cronies with personal pork barrel spending but $615,000 to his wife for doing nothing. He encouraged an atmosphere of total corruption, then dominated it through bribery and coersion. He also indirectly funded the smearvets campaign and other dirty tricks. Like a political gangster. No democrat that I know of has any significant ethical problems. Dorgan is the closest, but he returned the money first, and he may not have done anything in return. But if he did, he may be the sole democrat to fall from this corruption scandal. I say good riddance. This isn't about parties it's about corruption versus true American values in government. Honesty and ethics foremost. We the People are the boss. They serve us. When they screw up, they're fired.
