Thanks. I too feal abandoned by Republican leaders. I support a smaller government. These big money big government types in Washington are driving me nuts. I was thinking about Ariel Sharon. If we had a brave sole like him here, maybe a viable third party could be formed. Instead we go Perot handing Clinton two victories and Nader ensuring President Bush 43 victory in 2000. Given the structure of our Republic, power must flow from the states. If either of these whiners had been interested in forming a viable third party, they should have campaigned nationally for individual seats. If a third party controlled ten Senate seats and 40 House seats, they would potentially be the king makers...if they drew votes from the middle.
