Brains can grow in the wrong side of the wall, as were the case of the Eastern Europeans. Today, wall gone, they will catch up fast.

Also the brain is scattered randomly. I found Nigerians that the only think wrong with their braisn were that they were born in Nigeria.

I can see it in my own family: I have had six brothers and sisters. Even today I wonder why they have never succeeded? By the age of 14 I was already was telling how they should do. What they should explore. When in a discussion I hear their problmes, I was telling them what the course of action should be. Because they were older they didn't trust my judgement.

I had to leave my parents home at 19 to avoid being bankrupt by them. They never amounted to anything and is a generation that didn't progress beyond what my father achieved. Which is they grew children.
