Laura Bush was not tested for alcohol or drugs. She was not charged with vehicular manslaughter, though she might have been guilty of it. She did smoke pot in her youth, as GW did a lot of coke and was a drunk. So if she was on drugs and killed her ex-boyfriend in a car in broad daylight, what are you doing attacking Kennedy for what was obviously an accident in the pitch dark dead of night with no street lamps?
