yes, that is true, but that is also something that they are going to have to figure out for themselves. I think it is time now for us to withdraw all of our forces, except for a small contingent of advisors to continue training their forces. We've done everything we can now and they have to now want their Democracy to fight for it, compromise for it, and die for it if need be.

The Sunnis have shown no ability to move beyond the past. So the Shiites and Kurds are going to have to lead the way. If they can't, then Iraq will descend into civil war, and you know what, that may not be a bad thing, because the last group standing will be the Shiites and Kurds and then maybe they can move forward.

In the mean time, we have larger fish to fry. Iran is about to get nukes and we need to figure out what we are going to do about it. Unlike tejek, I can't imagine a more unsafe world than one in which Iran, the world's largest sponsor of terror, has access to nuclear weapons and their delivery systems.
