Bush's avoiding FISA and congress was illegal. His excuses for doing so have no legal merit. He's going to be impeached for this and other high crimes, especially if and when we find out who he was really spying on. We know it couldn't have been Al Qaida because FISA would bend over backwards to get Bush immediate warants for that sort of thing. No, the targets were of a different kind. Political targets no doubt. You'll see. This is Nixon times ten. Ten times as bad as Watergate.
