I dont think that Mofaz and Olmert combined have the ability to stare down Netanyahu on the world stage. I just think it is Netanyahu's time, and I always believed he would be the next PM after Sharon, and that all their public bickering was nonsense. I also think that Netanyahu has the confidence of the financial markets to which Sharon gave him great authority and with which he did not falter. all these things and many more earn him the baton. Mofaz and Olmert should fall in line with Bibi and collapse Kadima. Of course, Sharon could come back. Stranger things have happened.
