"iq on average is dropping" No. It is increasing. But the perceived effects are not felt overnight. It is a long script.

To prove with an example: I was in Nigeria last year, 13 and 1/2 years after I left in 1991. Despite it is still the same and in some respects getting worse, the people got more intelligent.

The youngsters have been forced to school and speak better English than in the 80s.

That critical mass of more intelligent people can't make an effect until population start coming down. Which means, growing population is dragging down the overal IQ. Of course IQ as understood by us here, not the IQ technical of the tests.

Raising IQ's cost money (got to buy books, parents have to have time for the kids, need school and its materials, need food so the brain can work) and poverty is not a environment to raise. That because the brain inherits from the environment. Environment being idiotic breed idiotic people.

I read that by 2084 Nigeria's population enter its demograpgic wiondow with more people older than 18 years which is the point that the country start getting better econopmically.

<<i am satisfied with the reality that iq on average is dropping, else who will carry the weight?>>

2.4 billion people in India and China. Then after then the Africans by late this century.

<<if everyone becomes equally wise, evenly astute, and just as well off, what would then be the point?

utopia is boring, stops progress, and ultimately self-eliminating.>>

It will take a long time for every people in the planet to become like Austrians or Swiss.
